About Choices
The decisions we make matter.
CHOICES is a faith-centered Christian drama/suspense feature film created to reach audiences — particularly young men and women — with a powerful message about the choices they make and the direction those choices can take their lives.
Rooted in the biblical challenge of Joshua 24:15 — “choose you this day whom ye will serve” — CHOICES invites viewers to consider not only the decisions they make today, but ultimately whom they have chosen to serve.
Through drama, suspense, relationships, consequences, faith, and redemption, CHOICES reminds audiences that the decisions we make matter.
The film is directed by Dr. Brandon Glover and written, produced, and co-directed by award-winning filmmaker Jeff Akers.

In their words
Why we made Choices
At its core, the film asks one simple but important question: Who are we choosing to serve?

CHOICES was written out of a desire to encourage people to stop and think about the decisions they make every day, especially the decisions that may seem small in the moment but have the power to shape our future. At its core, the film asks one simple but important question: Who are we choosing to serve?
I wanted the story to speak honestly about relationships, temptation, integrity, faith, accountability, redemption, and consequence without presenting those subjects as something that only belongs inside a church building. The characters are imperfect people navigating real situations, and their actions reveal that choices are often made long before we ever say what we believe.
My hope is that audiences leave the film examining their own lives rather than simply judging the characters on the screen. I want young men and women especially to understand that they are not trapped by their past, but they are responsible for what they choose next. There is always an opportunity to turn, grow, make a better decision, and choose a different path.
If CHOICES starts conversations about faith, relationships, responsibility, and the direction of our lives, then the film has accomplished something meaningful.
